GDL provides IP-based geolocation data to its customers. GDL’s data products and services rely solely on data that does not pertain to specific individuals or specific devices. The information we collect for our data products and services is not collected on this website.
GDL collects and processes the following categories of information about consumers:
IP Address. An IP (Internet Protocol) address is a numerical label such as 192.0.2.1 that is associated with a computer network that uses the Internet Protocol for communication. An IP Address identifies the host, or more specifically its network interface, and provides the location of the host in a network, and thus the capability of establishing a path to that host. IP Addresses are not inherently personally identifiable information nor fundamentally associated with an individual.
IP-Based Geolocation. IP-based Geolocation is the mapping of an IP address to the real-world geographic location of an internet-connected computing or mobile device at a particular point in time. GDL does not collect or process any device-specific or personally identifiable information to provide IP-Based Geolocation data.
GDL does not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information for marketing purposes of anyone under the age of 18.

Nevada Do Not Sell My Personal Information Opt-Out
Nevada residents have the right to opt-out of the sale of their personal information from GDL to third parties. To exercise this right, please submit a Do Not Sell My Personal Information request.
Opt-Out of GDL Marketing Communications
GDL maintains contact lists to communicate with our prospects and clients. All email messages sent to these contact lists include an unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism. This allows you to opt-out of receiving future marketing and promotional communications. You may also request to unsubscribe or Opt-Out of our marketing email communications by contacting us at privacy@greatdatalake.com. Please note that by opting out of our marketing database, it will not prevent other companies from sending you marketing promotions through various channels, including but not limited to direct mail, email, social media, and display ads.

GDL maintains security procedures designed to keep information we aggregate, license and process from being accessed by any unauthorized person, persons, or business. GDL has safeguards in place to keep your personal information accurate, complete, and up to date for the purposes for which it is used. Strict measures are taken to assure against unauthorized access, alteration, or dissemination of personal information. We also maintain physical security for our facilities.

Data Retention Policy
GDL may store your information for as long as it is required for our business purposes, including those set forth in this Privacy Notice. GDL regularly deletes information that is deemed unreliable or inaccurate.

As a CA, CO or CT resident, you can designate an authorized agent to make a request on your (the consumer’s) behalf. Please check your state’s specific guidelines for properly authorizing an agent.
